Description Of The Tree
Botanical Description
The tree has epiphyiic habits; it usually starts as a seedling upon another tree and eventually entraps it. Air roots are sent to the ground as support and develop into a fair size trunk reaching 60 to 80 cm in diameter.
Natural Habitat
In forest at low and mideum altitude.It occurs from Cagayan,Isabela,Quirio,Aurora,Zamboanga del noete,Zamboanga del Sur,Agusan del Noete,Agusan Del Sur,Surigao del Norte,Davao del Norte,Davao Oriental and Lamao Provinces
